Gedurende deze wachttijd is er gelegenheid tot het stellen van vragen en om uw bezwaren ten aanzien van deze gunningsbeslissing kenbaar te maken door betekening van een dagvaarding aan de aanbestedende dienst en het zenden van een kopie van deze dagvaarding aan de contactpersoon van Het NIC.
