        De aard van de opdracht bestaat uit het (eventueel) bouwrijp maken van de locaties, het leveren, installeren en bedrijfsklaar opleveren van pv-installaties op in totaal 5 rioolwaterzuiveringsinstallaties. Streven is een maximaal rendabele installatie waarbij rendabel staat voor het gegarandeerd behalen van een vastgestelde minimale kWh-opbrengst over een periode van 15 jaar, tegen de laagste integrale systeemkosten.

        Behalve realisatie van de levering, dient de opdrachtnemer de installaties tegen een vaste prijs te beheren en te onderhouden gedurende 5 jaar na oplevering, waarbij per locatie een vastgestelde minimale opbrengst wordt gegarandeerd. Deze onderhoudsperiode kan 2 keer met 5 jaar worden verlengd.
