De asfaltverharding dient vervangen te worden door een betonverharding De ondernemer dient in hoofdzaak de volgende werkzaamheden te verrichten:

         • Definitief ontwerp uitwerken tot Uitvoeringsontwerp;

         • Verwijderen bitumineuze verharding runway en turnpads;

         • Betonverharding runway en turnpads aanbrengen;

         • Schouderverharding aanbrengen;

         • Aanleggen van helikopterplatform (fundering, betonverharding en markering);

         • Verwijderen en terugplaatsen van airfield ground lighting;

         • Aanbrengen markeringen;

         • Grondverzet;

         • Aanbrengen aansluitingen RFF road en taxiway op runway.

         Optionele werkzaamheden:

         • Aanbrengen floodlight helicopterplatform;

         • Sloop bestaande en aanleggen nieuwe RFF road;
