          Dit perceel wordt gegund aan 2 full service onderzoeksbureaus die zowel kwalitatief als kwantitatief onderzoek kunnen doen en een volwaardig samenwerkingspartner van UWV kunnen zijn. Het perceel bestaat voornamelijk uit zogenaamd maatwerk klantonderzoek. Dat betekent dat de onderzoeksvragen en de onderzoeksmethode op voorhand niet vast staan. Bij maatwerk onderzoek werkt de Inschrijver de onderzoeksvraag uit tot een passend voorstel en voert vervolgens het onderzoek uit. Dit gebeurt veelal in nauwe samenwerking met de Opdrachtgever UWV. De onderzoekspopulatie zijn voornamelijk klanten van UWV als de uitkeringsgerechtigden en werkgevers, maar kunnen ook burgers betreffen die nog geen klant van UWV zijn of mogelijk medewerkers van UWV zelf.

          Het betreft hier niet het Algemeen Klantonderzoek (KGM), uitgevraagd in perceel 1.
