            Perceel 2 is tijdens de aanbestedingsprocedure stop gezet en derhalve niet gegund. Er is gebleken dat er in het Aanbestedingsdocument voor wat betreft perceel 2 ‘Rivieren’, onderdeel prijs, een omissie is geconstateerd, die tot gevolg heeft dat van de ontvangen inschrijvingen de inschrijving met de beste prijs kwaliteit verhouding niet kon worden vastgesteld omdat de prijs (een wezenlijk onderdeel van de aanbieding en de beoordeling) zonder hoeveelheid geen waarde heeft.
