         In de huidige situatie is in het kalenderjaar 2017 een bedrag van EUR 100 000,- excl. BTW gespendeerd aan onderstaande dienstverlening:

         — Gespreksleiding bij informatieavonden en bestuurlijke dagen,

         — Fotografie, beeld en geluid bij informatieavonden,

         — Storytelling,

         — Drukwerk en vormgeving (zoals posters, kaartmateriaal, nieuwsbrieven, infographics).

         Het ingenieursbureau heeft ook diensten geleverd ten behoeve van de informatieavonden. Een deel van deze diensten, zoals bijhouden actielijst, opstellen draaiboek, verslaglegging, inplannen (afstem)overleggen, opstellen briefing medewerkers, maken van posters cq informatiemateriaal en inrichten informatiemarkt, wilt de aanbestedende dienst bij het te nieuwe contracteren communicatiebureau neerleggen.

         Aan bovenstaande bedragen kunnen geen rechten aan worden ontleend.
