        Opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een Opdrachtnemer die kan voorzien in de behoefte van het uitvoeren van routinematige laboratoriumanalyses (perceel 1) en minder courante laboratoriumanalyses en/of advies (perceel 2) ten behoeve van het vaststellen van de chemische waterkwaliteit.

        In onderhavige aanbesteding worden de volgende werkzaamheden opgenomen:

        • uitvoering van een deel van de routinematige laboratoriumanalyses ten behoeve van het vaststellen van de chemische waterkwaliteit en rapportage hierover;

        • uitvoering van een deel van de minder courante laboratoriumanalyses ten behoeve van het vaststellen van de chemische waterkwaliteit en rapportage hierover;

        • transport van monsters vanaf een centraal distributiepunt in Lelystad naar het laboratorium van de inschrijver. In de loop van het contract kan het aantal verzamelpunten toe- of afnemen.

        Routinematige, gestandaardiseerde en/of breed toegepaste laboratoriumanalyses in oppervlaktewater (zoet en zout), afvalwater, waterbodem/sediment (zoet en zout) en zwevende stof (zoet en zout) ten behoeve van het vaststellen van de chemische waterkwaliteit.

        De aanbestedende dienst gaat uit van een geraamde totale opdrachtwaarde van

        EUR 4 200 000,- euro (exclusief btw).

        Per perceel is de waarde geraamd op

        • Perceel 1 EUR 3 600 000,- euro (exclusief btw);

        • Perceel 2 EUR 600 000,- euro (exclusief btw).

        De raming is gebaseerd op de uitbestedingen van de afgelopen jaren, echter voor de komende jaren is RWS voornemens om méér analyses op de markt te zetten indien de markt de juiste kwaliteit kan leveren. De werkzaamheden die het RWS-Lab momenteel zelf uitvoert zijn geraamd op circa EUR 2 000 000 per jaar. Hiervan is momenteel niet in te schatten welk deel daarvan daadwerkelijk uitbesteed gaat worden door het ontbreken van voldoende marktinzicht.

        Bovenstaande gegevens zijn slechts een indicatie waaraan geen rechten kunnen worden ontleend. Er is bij het opstellen van dit aanbestedingsdocument gehandeld met de actuele kennis en inzichten.

        Expertise voor minder courante laboratoriumanalyses, veelal in combinatie met ontwikkelwerk (methodeontwikkeling) en/of advies ten behoeve van het vaststellen van de chemische waterkwaliteit. Dit perceel zal met name gaan om analyses die de markt nu nog niet breed aanbiedt.

        De aanbestedende dienst gaat uit van een geraamde totale opdrachtwaarde van

        EUR 4 200 000,- euro (exclusief btw).
