         De aanbesteder Buha bv heeft het voornemen om een overeenkomst met één opdrachtnemer aan te gaan voor "Maaien gazons". Het streven is om per 15.03.2018 de overeenkomst aan te gaan. De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van 1 jaar, waarbij de overeenkomst 3 maal kan worden verlengd met 1 jaar, tot een maximum overeenkomstduur van 4 jaar. Het verlengen van de overeenkomst is afhankelijk van voldoende beoordeling per beheersingsronde.

         Buha bv wil de totstandkoming van het nieuwe contract, door middel van een (voorbehouden) Europese aanbesteding bewerkstelligen.
