         De aanbestedende dienst is op zoek naar contractpartners die haar kunnen voorzien van een externe flexibele schil ter aanvulling van haar eigen dienst. De opdracht betreft het inzetten van gespecialiseerde externe medewerkers op het gebied van ontwerp en mobiliteit voor afgebakende perioden als ook voor delen van projecten op basis van een inspanningsverplichting of een resultaatsverplichting.

          Het gehele traject omtrent verkeersbesluiten omhelst werkzaamheden die bestaan uit onder meer: het opstellen van bebordingstekeningen, opstellen van het verkeersbesluit, voeren van overleg met de politie, voorbereiden en publicatie in de Staatscourant etc.

          Binnen dit perceel wordt een raamovereenkomst gesloten voor de volgende werkzaamheden:

          — Toetsing van door de gemeente aangeleverde bebordingstekeningen en informatie t.b.v. het opstellen van verkeersbesluiten op onder meer logica en wet- en regelgeving,

          — Het opstellen van bebordingstekeningen t.b.v. verkeersbesluiten,

          — Het opstellen van juridisch correcte verkeersbesluiten voor de gemeente, op basis van de informatie die door de gemeente wordt aangeleverd,

          — Het opstellen van documenten die horen bij zienswijze-, bezwaren- en beroepsprocedures.

          De verkeersbesluiten kunnen betrekking hebben op bebording ten bate van wegverkeer alsmede waterverkeer.
