         Het projectdoel van het project ‘Funnelmanagement in uitvoering brengen’ is om business opportunity managers binnen het domein Energietransitie (en wanneer nodig daarbuiten) actief te ondersteunen door coaching op het vergroten van de kwaliteit en het waarde potentieel van door hun geleide opportunities. Ook wordt gevraagd om de lead te nemen in één of meerdere opportunities als de capaciteit aan de zijde van HbR of de complexiteit van de opportunity dat vraagt.

         Het resultaat van het project betreft:

         De funnel met opportunities binnen Energietransitie is met ca. 40 opportunities rijk gevuld. Deze opportunities vormen de basis onder de potentiele invulling van de ambitie om de CO2 uitstoot in het haven- en industriecomplex (HIC) per 2030 met 49% terug te brengen; in lijn met het regeerakkoord. Het is cruciaal dat deze opportunities kwalitatief hoogwaardig zijn en een maximaal waarde potentieel bevatten. Het stakeholderveld waarbinnen deze opportunities ontwikkeld worden is onzeker, divers en complex.

         Met deze aanbesteding wil HbR een partner contracteren die in staat is om in samenwerking met HbR medewerkers de kwaliteit en het waarde potentieel te maximaliseren. Van opdrachtnemer wordt daarom gevraagd een vast team aan te stellen van minimaal 5 personen die minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar is om voor HbR opportunities in een leidende rol te ontwikkelen of medewerkers van HbR actief te coachen en begeleiden in de leidende rol. De werkzaamheden worden primair op locatie van HbR uitgevoerd.
