Onderdeel van de advies- en onderzoeksdiensten zijn de conditioneringsonderzoeken. Het betreft hier de werkzaamheden die nodig zijn om een vervolgstap in het engineerings- en/of uitvoeringsproces te kunnen nemen. Binnen deze aanbesteding wordt de dienstverlening zoals die door ProRail bij de externe bedrijven wordt afgenomen op het gebied van (milieuhygiënisch) bodemonderzoek en afvalstoffenonderzoek uitgevraagd bestaande uit de volgende activiteiten:

         • Verhardingsonderzoek.

         • Afvalstoffenonderzoek.
