Eveneens wil Opdrachtgever Support op deze Nieuwe Functionaliteiten en de Installed base van Genesys afnemen, waarbij een Uitbreiding op de Installed base(Genesys) mogelijk is. Perceel 1.

        Opdrachtgever wil m.b.t. alle Contact Center gerelateerde werkzaamheden op het gebied van “Beheer en Onderhoud” en “Ontwikkeling Nieuwe Functionaliteiten Kanalen en Interactievoorzieningen” laten ondersteunen door CC-Specialisten met de juiste Competenties. Eveneens wil Opdrachtgever voor de overige Installed base Cyara, Ideal en Audiocodes Support afnemen, waarbij een Uitbreiding op de overige Installed base (Cyara, Ideal en Audiocodes) mogelijk is.
