        Om bouwprojecten naar de wens van het LUMC in te passen in de bestaande gebouwen en aan te sluiten op de bestaande technische infrastructuur is veel kennis nodig van de processen van het LUMC. Daarnaast is de bekendheid met het gebouw en de technische infrastructuur van groot belang. Het LUMC wil daarom langetermijnrelaties aangaan met 1 architect, 1 technisch adviseur voor de highcare omgeving (onder andere operatieafdelingen klasse 1 en 2 conform VCCN RL7 en intensive care) en 1 technisch adviseur voor de overige ruimtes (bijvoorbeeld laboratoria, verpleegafdelingen, kantoren, poli’s en technische ruimtes).

Deze inschatting is een indicatie voor de omvang van het werkpakket, maar nadrukkelijk wordt daarbij opgemerkt dat hieraan op geen enkele wijze rechten ontleend kunnen worden. De werkelijk te realiseren omzet kan sterk afwijken en bovendien per jaar sterk fluctueren.
