         — kwaliteitsbewaking van het resultaat van de Nadere Opdrachten,

         — het administratief ondersteunen bij het selecteren van de fotograaf, van briefing tot en met de betaling aan de fotograaf,

         — het zorgen voor een goede relatie tussen de Politie en de fotograaf door voorwaarden te stellen aan prijs en kwaliteit,

         — het adviseren van Opdrachtgever,

         — gebruikersrecht van de Fotografische werken op verschillende niveaus passend bij de betreffende Opdrachten,

         — het archiveren van de gemaakte Fotografische werken uit Nadere Opdrachten voor de Politie,

         — het ondersteunen van de Politie op administratief gebied, van Nadere Oproep tot en met de betaling aan de fotograaf,

         — het desgevraagd adviseren bij het selecteren van de fotograaf per Nadere Opdracht.
