         Perceel 1 betreft meubilair voor gebouw Atlas dat in een kantooromgeving benodigd is (zoals bureaus, bureaustoelen, vergadertafels en -stoelen, kasten, et cetera) en de inrichting van enkele onderwijszalen met los meubilair. In de overeenkomst voor perceel 1 is tevens een niet exclusief recht op naleveringen en andere koopopdrachten voor de levering en plaatsing van kantoormeubilair voor de gehele campus van de TU/e opgenomen.
