         De opdracht bestaat uit het aangaan van een verzekeringsovereenkomst met een verzekeraar voor een doorlopende CAR-verzekering met als ingangsdatum 1 januari 2018 voor de duur van drie jaar.

         Verzekeringsmakelaar Willis Towers Watson BV treedt bij de uitvoering van de verzekeringsovereenkomst op als bemiddeld makelaar en maakt als zodanig de polis ten behoeve van aanbesteder op, verwerkt de mutaties, incasseert de premies en bemiddelt bij eventuele schaden volgens de van toepassing zijnde voorwaarden.

         Door het indienen van een verzoek tot deelneming accepteert gegadigde dat Willis Towers Watson BV bij deze rol voor aanbesteder vervult en dat de verzekeringsovereenkomst wordt aangegaan op de Polisvoorwaarden WTW C.A.R. 2017 (doorlopend), versie juli 2017.
