Dit Moerriool is eind 19e / begin 20e eeuw gebouwd en verkeert in slechte staat. De constructieve integriteit van het riool is in het geding. Gemeente Arnhem zoekt een aannemer voor uitvoering van de herstelmaatregelen bestaande uit versterkende, levensduurverlengende en onderhoudsmaatregelen.

        De aanbestedende dienst wenst gebruik te maken van de mogelijkheid om een.

        Onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging toe te passen voor Fase 2 van dit project. Dit geldt als een herhalingsopdracht van een soortgelijk werk op basis van artikel 2.36 Aanbestedingswet en artikel 6.1.8 van het ARW 2016, met de opdrachtnemer waaraan de oorspronkelijke opdracht "Fase 1" gegund zal worden. De specifieke kennis en ervaring van de marktpartijen die in deze procedure wordt geëist en de uitgebreide selectie, speelt hierbij voor gemeente Arnhem een belangrijke rol.

      De in dit hoofdstuk op de tekening "Figuur 2-1" op bladzijde 7, van de Selectieleidraad, aangegeven "Fase 2" omvat soortgelijke rioolrenovatie-werkzaamheden.

      De totale projectomvang van deze herhalingsopdracht kan oplopen tot circa anderhalf maal de omvang van de onderhavige opdracht.
