         De Dienst Uitvoering Subsidies aan Instellingen (DUS-I) is een shared service organisatie van de ministeries van OCW, VWS en SZW. DUS-I is gehuisvest bij het ministerie van VWS.

         DUS-I heeft als ambitie de dienstverlenende schakel te zijn tussen instellingen die subsidies aanvragen/ontvangen en beleidsdirecties die bepalen aan wie en onder welke voorwaarden een subsidie wordt verleend. DUS-I richt zich primair op het gestroomlijnd laten verlopen van het subsidieproces door alle administratieve activiteiten foutloos, rechtmatig en efficiënt uit te voeren. Daarnaast adviseert DUS-I beleidsdirecties bij het opzetten van subsidieregelingen, geeft ze voorlichting aan instellingen en monitort ze het verloop van het subsidieproces. DUS-I is een transparante, deskundige, zakelijke uitvoerder die ontzorgt, adviseert, uitvoert en ondersteunt.

         DUS-I is met de reguliere bezetting niet altijd in staat om de beleidsrijke en maatwerkgerichte taken tijdig en met voldoende kwaliteit voor haar opdrachten uit te voeren. DUS-I is daarom op zoek naar een organisatie die op piekmomenten en als gevolg van uitval van regulier personeel DUS-I kan bijstaan via het leveren van gekwalificeerd tijdelijk personeel.

         DUS-I bestaat uit 3 afdelingen: A, B en C. Elke afdeling telt circa 25 medewerkers en heeft een opdrachtenpakket dat deels of volledig gericht is op VWS-, OCW- en/of SZW- subsidies. Voor alle afdelingen kan inhuur mogelijk zijn.

         Het betreft subsidieadviseurs voor beleidsrijke en maatwerkgerichte taken, met inhoudelijke kennis van en ervaring in de domeinen waarin DUS-I werkt: onderwijs, emancipatie, zorg, welzijn, sport, etc.

         De geschatte waarde van de opdracht voor de contractperiode van acht en veertig (48) maanden is € 600.000 exclusief btw.
