         — De marktpartij voldoet aan de rechtmatigheidseisen,

         — Kwaliteitsverbetering van de dienstverlening,

         — Ondersteuning bij analyses van de storingen,

         — Advies geven over mogelijke energiebesparingen,

         — Advies over vervangingen (MOP),

         — Het opstellen van een overzicht over de (staat van de) aanwezige installaties per school,
