Tevens de werkprocessen afstemmen, zodat eenduidigheid en snelheid geborgd is.

         De flexibele inzet binnen de Samen Doen Teams kent de volgende disciplines:

         • sociaal-psychiatrisch verpleegkundige.

         • GZ-Psycholoog.

         • Gedragswetenschapper.

         • Wmo specialist/generalist.
