De BOH kiest voor één leverancier omdat zij samen met de leverancier de flexibele schil rondom de gebiedsteams verder wil doorontwikkelen. Tevens de werkprocessen afstemmen, zodat eenduidigheid en snelheid geborgd is.

        De flexibele inzet binnen de Samen Doen Teams kent de volgende disciplines:

        • sociaal-psychiatrisch verpleegkundige.

        • GZ-Psycholoog.

        • Gedragswetenschapper.
