        Deze Europese openbare aanbesteding betreft raamovereenkomsten ten behoeve van het collecteren, sorteren, bezorgen en afhandelen van zakelijke pakketten, koeriersdiensten en transportdiensten met een bestemming binnen Nederland voor alle deelnemende diensten. De opdracht heeft expliciet de kwalificatie van een raamovereenkomst.

        Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het contracteren van één of meerdere opdrachtnemers, die organisatorisch en logistiek geschikt is/zijn voor het collecteren, sorteren, bezorgen en afhandelen van binnenlandse pakket-, koeriers- en transportdiensten. Deze opdrachtnemers dienen de dienstverlening op de economisch meest voordelige wijze te verzorgen, waarbij minimaal aan de gestelde eisen wordt voldaan.

        Het beoogde resultaat van dit project is een goed werkende dienstverlening op het gebied van pakket-, koeriers-, en transportdiensten binnen de Nederlandse landsgrenzen voor de medewerkers van de deelnemende diensten. Het bestelproces en de bijbehorende adm...
