         Project:

         De tractie-energie voor de treinen wordt via de hoog(wissel)spanningsnetten van de netbeheerder in de ProRail onderstations getransformeerd tot 1 500 V gelijkspanning.

         Om in de toekomst te kunnen voorzien in vervanging van bestaande componenten en in verzwaring, uitbreiding of nieuwbouw van onderstations wil ProRail de levering en 2e lijns onderhoud van hoogspanningsverdeelinrichtingen (hierna: HVI) contractueel regelen.

         De eisen aan de HVI zijn ter informatie als bijlage 1 bijgevoegd bij deze selectieleidraad.

         Werkzaamheden:

         Het object van aanbesteding is op hoofdlijnen:

         om te komen tot een vrijgegeven product inclusief FAT en optioneel SAT. Daarnaast wil ProRail de mogelijkheid hebben om, indien de vrijgave niet onder de overeengekomen condities gerealiseerd kan worden, met de nummer 2 van de aanbesteding verder te kunnen.
