WNK is derhalve op zoek naar een partner die hen helpt en niet alleen handelt naar wat er afgesproken is in het contract. WNK heeft de keuze gemaakt om zelf helpdesk en end user support te blijven doen. WNK heeft een voorkeur voor een platform waarbij gedeelde resources met een eigen domein mogelijk zijn. Een IAAS platform met een private cloud. Dit om toch eigen vrijheden te kunnen houden. De 2e en derde lijns support gaat onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de inschrijver vallen.
