         Het generieke uitgangspunt is dat opdrachtgever de oplossingsrichting zoveel mogelijk vrij laat aan inschrijver. Dit wil zeggen dat Inschrijver een passende oplossing dient aan te bieden die voorziet in de gespecificeerde functionaliteit. Een tweede belangrijk uitgangspunt is dat de opdrachtnemer op een flexibele manier de diensten aanbiedt.

         Opdrachtgever onderscheidt de volgende categorieën ICT dienstverlening:

         • Inrichten serverpark;

         • Helpdesk;

         • Beheer en Onderhoud;

         • Netwerkbeheer;

         • Server beheer;

         • Software beheer;

         • Licentiebeheer;

         • Overleg en coördinatie;
