         Opdrachtgever wenst een overeenkomst af te sluiten met een opdrachtnemer voor accountantsdiensten. De werkzaamheden die onder de opdracht vallen bestaan uit de controle van de jaarrekening van opdrachtgever, welke is opgesplitst in een interim-controle en een eindejaarscontrole, de controle van de bekostigingsgegevens en de controle van specifieke controleopdrachten welke verband houden met subsidieverstrekkingen vanuit de overheid. Daarnaast wil opdrachtgever op afroep een beroep kunnen doen op de volgende diensten: (1) additionele adviesdiensten, zoals EDP-audit, Public Governance (in control statements), Risicobeheer respectievelijk riskmanagement, Fiscaal advies etc. en (2) advieswerkzaamheden die de natuurlijke adviesfunctie overstijgt.

         Voor het jaar 2017 valt de projectcontrole van de subsidie van de gemeente Rotterdam inzake het Rotterdams Onderwijsbeleid buiten de scope van de opdracht. Voor de navolgende jaren behoort deze controle wel tot de scope van de opdracht.
