         Het doel van deze Europese niet-openbare Aanbesteding is te komen tot een Overeenkomst voor de uitvoering van het beheer en onderhoud van de gebouwgebonden installaties, inclusief het vervangingsonderhoud en kleinschalige projecten. Deze heeft een initiële duur van zes (6) jaar met de mogelijkheid deze tweemaal (2) te verlengen met twee (2) jaar. De Opdracht wordt gegund aan de Inschrijver met de Economisch Meest Voordelige Inschrijving op basis van het Gunningscriterium beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. De beoogde startdatum van de Opdracht is 1.1.2018.
