         Deze aanbesteding behelst:

         — Plaatsing en installatie van meetinrichtingen voor de meting van verbruik van elektriciteit en aardgas;

         — Verhuur (incl. onderhoud) van de meetinrichtingen;

         — Datacollectie en validatie;

         — Het doorgeven van de meetdata;
