        De omvang van de opdracht is van te voren niet exact te voorspellen. Om die reden zal per perceel een raamovereenkomst worden afgesloten. Wel is duidelijk dat het totale bedrag dat ROC Leiden en ROC ID College tijdens de looptijd van de overeenkomsten zullen uitgeven de drempelwaarde voor Europees aanbesteden voor diensten ruimschoots zal overschrijden. De precieze opdrachtwaarde zal afhangen van veel factoren, waaronder de deels nog in ontwikkeling zijnde visie van de nog te vormen fusieorganisatie op flexwerken, maar ook van marktontwikkelingen, ontwikkelingen op het gebied van studentenaantallen et cetera. Op basis van de afgelopen jaren is wel te zeggen dat de contractwaarde, voor alle percelen gezamenlijk, meerdere miljoenen per jaar zal zijn. Aan dit bedrag kunnen geen rechten ontleend worden.
