        Het doel van de aanbesteding is het sluiten van vijf raamovereenkomsten met verschillende opdrachtnemers, die flexibele arbeidskrachten kunnen leveren verdeeld over drie percelen, te weten:

        — twee opdrachtnemers voor perceel 1 onderwijs ondersteunend personeel tot en met salarisschaal 9 (OOP);

        — twee opdrachtnemers voor perceel 2 onderwijs personeel in salarisschalen LB t/m LD (OP);

        — één opdrachtnemer voor perceel 3 brokerdienstverlening.

        Beoogd doel van deze raamovereenkomsten is dat de inzet geborgd wordt van goed personeel, beschikkend over de juiste competenties, passend bij de cultuur van ZAAM, met passie voor het vak en kennis van het vakgebied. Dit alles tegen een marktconforme prijs en via een soepel inhuurproces met weinig overhead.
