         De doelstelling van deze aanbesteding is de behoefte aan printen, kopiëren en scannen via de MFP"s, repromachines en printmanagement van de aanbestedende dienst optimaal in te vullen. De aanbestedende dienst wenst dit doel te realiseren door middel van een Europese aanbesteding volgens een openbare procedure. Deze aanbesteding zal moeten leiden tot uniforme dienstverlening, een transparante prijsstelling, uniforme expiratiedatum en voorwaarden voor de aanbestedende dienst. Het doel is om 1 raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor een periode van 5 jaar gerekend.
