         De aanbesteding betreft het verzorgen van cateringdienstverlening, hierna te noemen dienstverlening, voor de locatie Koningskade 4 te Den Haag.

         Zie beschrijvend document bijlage 1 voor de bijbehorende eisen.

         Dienstverlening op werkdagen bestaat uit het verzorgen van:

         — De dagelijkse verzorging van de lunchvoorziening in het bedrijfsrestaurant op basis van een vaste aanneemsom.

         — De dagelijkse verzorging van de vergaderservice (koffie- en theeservice) in de daarvoor bestemde ruimtes.

         — De dagelijkse verzorging van vergaderlunches in de vergaderruimten en mogelijk directiekamers.

         — Het op afroep verzorgen van speciale activiteiten zoals, bijeenkomsten, recepties, borrels en jubilea.

         — Exploiteren van de koffiecorner.

         — De verzorging van een vendingautomaat.

         Opties kunnen gelicht gaan worden als de locatie Koningskade langer open blijft dan de datum 31.12.2022.

         Als een optiejaar gelicht gaat worden, geldt de duur in dat jaar tot de sluiting van de locatie. Het kan dus zijn dat het gelichte optiejaar niet volledig benut wordt. Opdrachtnemer heeft in dat geval geen recht op compensatie voor het restant van dat jaar.
