         Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst met een partij voor de levering van ICT hardware/middelen bestaande uit: thin clients, desktops, laptops, tablets, monitoren en aanverwante artikelen/dienstverlening. Doelstelling van deze Europese aanbesteding is het contracteren van een partij die voldoet aan de gestelde eisen en de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving heeft gedaan op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

         De beoogde ingangsdatum van de raamovereenkomst is z.s.m. na gunning, 1.5.2017, met een looptijd van 2 jaar met een optionele verlenging van 2 keer 1 jaar. De keuze van het al dan niet verlengen van de raamovereenkomst berust uitsluitend bij de opdrachtgever.
