         I. Het aan deelnemende dienst ter beschikking stellen van medewerkers met ICT-kennis en -kunde op inhuurbasis, waarbij medewerkers werkzaamheden of prestaties verrichten ten behoeve van deelnemende dienst zonder dat er een arbeidsovereenkomst door welke oorzaak dan ook tussen de medewerker en een deelnemende dienst of opdrachtgever tot stand komt.

         II. Opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor het werven, pre-selecteren en aanbieden van gekwalificeerde kandidaten, alsmede het ter beschikking stellen van gekwalificeerde medewerkers conform de vereiste kennis, kunde en capaciteit.

         III. Opdrachtnemer dient in staat te zijn alle in bijlage 6 „Kwaliteitsraamwerk voor de informatievoorziening” genoemde kwaliteitenprofielen voor tijdelijk ICT-personeel, binnen de kaders van de raamovereenkomsten, ter beschikking te stellen.

         IV. Opdrachtnemer zorgt voor de volledige contractuele, administratieve en financiële afhandeling die aan de inzet van medewerkers verbonden is.
