         De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op de Vestdijk in de gemeente Eindhoven.

         Het project bestaat in hoofdlijnen uit:

         — uitwerken van 2 VO"s (fase I ontwerp); hierbij dient de gegadigde ook gebruik maken van het geboden living lab (de praktijkopstelling) ter plaatse, waarbij het ontwerp in de praktijk getoetst en aangevuld wordt door de share- en stakeholders en de gemeente. De ontwerpende partij moet letterlijk de straat op en niet alleen statisch vanuit de tekentafel het ontwerp te maken;

         — VO uitwerken tot een DO en UO en bestek UO in een bouwteam (fase II);

         — maken van een plan van aanpak (met o.a. fasering, planning, bouwmethode);

         — uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden zoals: (fase III);

         — opbreken verhardingen, riolering en groen;

         — verwijderen, verleggingen van kabels en leidingen;

         — aanbrengen tijdelijke voorzieningen en hulpconstructies;

         — grondwerk;

         — vervanging en aanleg nieuwe riolering;

         — aanleg van wegen, paden en groenstroken;

         — coördineren werkzaamheden VRI installatie;

         — coördineren werkzaamheden openbare verlichting.
