         De doelstelling van deze offerteaanvraag is het door middel van een Europese aanbesteding (op basis van economisch meest voordelige inschrijving) contracteren van een verzekeraar of verzekeringsmakelaar voor een vrijwilligers verzekering voor alle vrijwilligers die actief zijn voor de gemeente Alblasserdam, Dordrecht, Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht, Papendrecht, Sliedrecht en Zwijndrecht. De startdatum voor deze verzekering voor de gemeente Dordrecht is 1.10.2017, voor de gemeente Alblasserdam 15.12.2017 en voor de andere gemeenten 1.1.2018.
