        De aanbestedende dienst is voornemens om een overeenkomst met één (1) of twee (2) partij(en) aan te gaan voor de aanschaf van software en bijbehorende dienstverlening ten behoeve van het beheren van HRM informatie en financiële informatie („P&F pakket”).

        Deze aanbesteding is onderverdeeld in drie (3) percelen, te weten:

        — perceel 1: HRM software,

        — perceel 2: financiële software,

        — perceel 3: HRM en financiële software.

        De beoogde ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1.4.2017 met een contractsduur van vijf (5) jaar met optioneel vijf (5) verlengingen van één (1) jaar.

        De aanbestedende dienst heeft besloten om naast on-premise oplossingen ook SAAS-oplossingen te accepteren. Om die reden is de aanbesteding gerectificeerd en zijn termijnen aangepast.
