         Het uit te voeren werk is gelegen in een deel van het stadsdeel Woensel Noord in de gemeente Eindhoven.

         Het werk omvat globaal de volgende werkzaamheden aan bomen in het stadsdeel Woensel Noord 1:

         a. het snoeien van bomen;

         b. het verwerken van afkomend hout;

         c. het treffen van verkeersmaatregelen;

         d. het muteren van gegevens in geovisia;

         e. bijkomende werkzaamheden.

         Meer informatie over de werkzaamheden en indicatieve hoeveelheden is opgenomen in de raamovereenkomst.

         De overeenkomst omvat alleen opdrachten van de afdeling Stads en Gebiedsbeheer van de Sector Realisatie, Beheer en Toezicht. De overeenkomst omvat niet het snoeien van bomen welke in het kader van andere projecten gesnoeid dienen te worden.

         De werkzaamheden worden in deelopdrachten verstrekt. De gemeente Eindhoven is echter niet gehouden aan het daadwerkelijk opdracht verstrekken van alle snoeiwerkzaamheden aan de opdrachtnemer van deze overeenkomst.
