         Het meerjarige integrale onderhoud van de systemen betreft de keten van inwinning tot en met bediening in VCNWN, ofwel „van lus tot lessenaar” (DVM ketens). De systemen staan in de verkeerscentrale en langs de wegkant van het bediengebied West-Nederland Noord.

         Het gaat hierbij om de verkeersmanagement-systemen die vanuit de VCNWN worden bediend.

         Deze melding betreft de verlenging voor 12 maanden van de overeenkomst. Het huidige contract loopt namelijk per 12.12.2016 af.

         Als het contract niet wordt verlengd zal er een periode optreden waarin het verkeersmanagement via de DVM systemen niet kan worden gegarandeerd. Het is daarom noodzakelijk dat het huidige contract met een beroep op artikel 2.163 d Aanbestedingswet 2012, gewijzigd in 2016, te wijzigen in de zin dat de contracttermijn wordt verlengd met 12 maanden tot en met 12.12.2017.
