         Bij haar projecten heeft HbR steeds meer behoefte aan een aantal betrouwbare partners voor het leveren van zogeheten gate-technologie. Een Gate Operating System (GOS) is een totaal operationeel systeem rondom het toelaten en controleren van vrachtwagenbewegingen en containers aan de poort. Met name bij projecten voor truckparkings en bij containerterminals is in toenemende mate behoefte aan goede, betrouwbare en compatibel aan de in het Haven Industrieel Complex aanwezige technologie voor het toelaten en controleren van vrachtwagenbewegingen.

         Hiertoe zoekt HbR een aantal (3) partners die dergelijke systemen kunnen leveren en wil deze partners aan zich binden middels een langjarig raamcontract. Continuïteit en kostenbeheersing vragen om een langdurige relatie met de leverancier. Daarnaast biedt een langjarige overeenkomst partijen met een goede prestatie meer zekerheid en een stimulans voor ontwikkelingen.
