         Het survey Nieuwe Statushouders in Nederland (NSN 2017) moet inzicht geven in de (structurele en sociaal-culturele) positie van Syrische statushouders die in 2015 en 2016 een status hebben gekregen. Het voornemen is om via surveyonderzoek informatie te verzamelen bij de hierboven omschreven categorie. Het is de bedoeling om tweejaarlijks een survey uit te voeren, waarbij het tweede survey personen betreft die in de eerste survey zijn ondervraagd (panelonderzoek). Uw offerte heeft betrekking op de eerste survey. Tevens licht u toe op welke wijze het panel wordt „onderhouden”, dat wil zeggen welke inspanningen er worden gedaan om personen die deel uit maken van de eerste wave ook deel uit te laten maken van de daarop volgende wave. In de overeenkomst die voortvloeit uit deze aanbesteding wordt een optie tot verlenging opgenomen. Dit betekent dat uitvoering van de tweede survey in principe wordt gegund aan de partij die de eerste survey uitvoert.
