         Door het op de markt zetten van het project „Het bouwrijp maken van locaties en onderhouden van het gebied ten behoeve van het project A16 Rotterdam” beoogt de Opdrachtgever het tracé tijdig ter beschikking te hebben, ter uitvoering van het DBFM contract, waarop geen opstallen en een aantal verontreinigingen niet meer aanwezig zijn en dat de grond is afgewerkt op de hoogte van het omringende maaiveld.

         Het amoveren en saneren vooruitlopend op het DBFM contract heeft het voordeel dat gedurende langere periode (ca. 2 jaar) geen opstallen leeg staan waardoor er geen sprake is van gebruik (anti kraak) en/of onderhoud. Daarnaast worden hiermee de aspecten van gevaar en hinder in de omgeving zoveel mogelijk voorkomen (zoals brandstichting, kraak e.d.).

         Voor de verworven gronden binnen het project A16 Rotterdam wordt binnen dit contract het gebied onderhouden.
