         Dit project betreft het coördineren van vrijwilligers bij broedvogelstellingen in Nederland. Daarnaast betreft het de controle en beheer van de verzamelde gegevens, het maken van jaarlijkse rapportages ten behoeve van nationale en internationale monitoring en rapportageverplichtingen. Het monitoren vindt plaats op een gestandaardiseerde BMP en LSB-methode.

         De projectdoelstellingen zijn gericht op het vaststellen van de populatie-omvang en de trends van de populatie-ontwikkeling van indicatieve soorten langs de Zoete Rijkswateren per hoofdwatersysteem, het in beeld brengen van aantallen en aantalsontwikkelingen van Natura 2000-soorten, het bepalen van de inpasbaarheid en (effect)monitoring van ruimtelijke plannen en projecten zoals natuurontwikkeling.

         Het onderzoek vindt plaats in de volgende Zoete Rijkswateren per hoofdwatersystemen: stroomgebied Rijn (Neder-Rijn, Waal en IJssel), IJsselmeer (IJsselmeer en Markermeer), Randmeren (Noordelijke, Oostelijke en Zuidelijke Randmere...

         Indien een belanghebbende bezwaar heeft tegen het voornemen tot het sluiten van de overeenkomst dient binnen 20 kalenderdagen na publicatie van deze aankondiging een kort geding tegen Rijkswaterstaat Centrale Informatievoorziening aanhangig te worden gemaakt bij de Rechtbank te "s-Gravenhage (op straffe van verval van alle rechten om tegen de eventueel nadien gesloten overeenkomst in rechte met succes op te komen, waaronder het recht tot het instellen van een vordering tot vernietiging, beëindiging, ontbinding van de overeenkomst). Het instellen van een kort geding geschiedt door middel van tijdige betekening van een dagvaarding door een deurwaarder.
