         Deze offerteaanvraag heeft betrekking op postbezorging voor de Universiteit van Amsterdam (UvA) en Hogeschool van Amsterdam (HvA) als lead buyer en een aantal onderwijsinstellingen die participeren in deze offerteaanvraag.

         Deze offerteaanvraag bestaat uit 3 percelen. Per perceel wordt er 1 partij geselecteerd. De gunningscriteria zijn voor ieder perceel hetzelfde. Om doublures en verschillen te voorkomen zijn de gunningscriteria in de hoofdtender opgenomen. Het prijs element is per perceel apart.

         Welke instelling mee doet in welk perceel is aangegeven in de bijlage.

         De UvA en HvA nodigen ondernemer hierbij uit tot het indienen van een inschrijving. Een aantal aspecten aangaande dit offertetraject is, ter voorkoming van doublures en ter beperking van de omvang van deze aanbesteding, opgenomen in de concept overeenkomst.
