         De onderhavige opdracht ziet samengevat op de levering en hosting van een e-learningplatform ten behoeve van UWV. Daarnaast omvat de opdracht het verlenen van dienstverlening in de vorm van de implementatie van het e-learningplatform inclusief de content die door UWV worden geleverd (zie https://uwv.leermodules.nl/) en de opleiding en training van functioneel beheerders en productontwikkelaars, met inbegrip van de benodigde lesmaterialen.

         Door het beschikbaar stellen van het e-learningplatform, inclusief de daarop beschikbare content, beoogt UWV werkzoekenden een selfservice-instrument te bieden dat leren via het internet flexibel (tijd- en plaats onafhankelijk) mogelijk maakt. Het heeft als doel:

         — het informeren van klanten en overdragen van kennis aan klanten;

         — het trainen van vaardigheden bij klanten, waarmee we ondersteuning bieden bij de zoektocht naar werk. Het gaat bijvoorbeeld om trainen van sollicitatievaardigheden, het gebruik van werk.nl, netwerken, etc.
