        De gevraagde dienstverlening omvat op hoofdlijnen het volgende voor de diverse scholen van Stichting Lucas Onderwijs:

        • Het verzorgen van reguliere (dagelijkse) schoonmaak van de gebouwen, alsmede de benodigde periodieke werkzaamheden. De schoon te houden ruimtes

        Omvatten onder andere (en niet limitatief) schoollokalen (gewone leslokalen en bijzondere leslokalen), aula, algemene ruimtes, toiletruimtes,

        Kantoorruimtes en sportruimtes;

        • Het verzorgen van de zogenoemde ‘tussenbeurt’ en ‘zomerschoonmaak’. Onder zomerschoonmaak wordt verstaan onder andere de grote

        Schoonmaakwerkzaamheden in het gebouw en het specialistische vloeronderhoud (inclusief het in-en uitruimen van het meubilair), zoals dat gebruikelijk

        Is in de onderwijs-branche;

        Daarnaast zal de volgende dienstverlening optioneel worden meegenomen in de Opdracht (zie hiervoor het Programma van Eisen):

        • Het verzorgen van incidentele schoonmaak (bijvoorbeeld voor en/of na evenementen zoals ouderavonden);

        • Het verzorgen van calamiteitenschoonmaak (bijvoorbeeld als gevolg van vandalisme of inbraakschade);

        • Het verzorgen van de glasbewassing van het gevelglas aan de buitenzijde van de gebouwen.
