         De RUG, opdrachtgever in deze, heeft momenteel een raamovereenkomst voor vloeronderhoud. Deze raamovereenkomst loopt af per 30.9.2018. De RUG is voornemens om een nieuwe raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor vloeronderhoud die voldoet aan de gestelde eisen in dit aanbestedingsdocument. Hiertoe heeft het Facilitair Bedrijf (FB) van de RUG deze openbare Europese aanbesteding opgezet voor de gehele RUG.
