         Gemeente Neder-Betuwe heeft besloten het contract voor de dienstverlening en de waarderingsapplicatie ten behoeve van de uitvoering van de Wet WOZ aan te besteden. Het doel is hiermee te voldoen aan de rechtmatigheid en op een efficiënte wijze uitvoering te kunnen geven aan de Wet WOZ.

         De gemeente Neder-Betuwe voert de Wet WOZ uit in eigen beheer. Hiertoe wordt zij ondersteund door een taxatiebureau welke een waarderingsapplicatie levert, de permanente marktanalyse, de herwaardering, de controles en mutatiebijhouding uitvoert en adviezen voor bezwaar- en beroepszaken aanlevert.

         De objecten worden nu met een waarderingsapplicatie gewaardeerd naar inhoud. Neder-Betuwe wil conform de wettelijke voorschriften tijdig voldoen aan het uitvoeren van de waardering naar oppervlakte. Het belastingpakket waar mee gewerkt wordt is Civision van Pink Roccade. Taxatieverslagen worden door de huidige opdrachtnemer op mijnOverheid geplaatst en door gemeente verstrekt op verzoek.
