        De RDW heeft met regelmaat behoefte aan externe deskundigheid op te onderscheiden deelgebieden van de Informatie- en Communicatietechnologie (ICT). De huidige mantelcontracten voor inhuur van externe deskundigheid lopen af per 1.9.2018. Om zich ook in de komende jaren verzekerd te weten van inhuur van externe expertise houdt de RDW deze onderhavige aanbesteding, waarbij 2 percelen in de markt worden gezet:

        P1: Inlening t.b.v. Infrastructuur

        P2: Inlening t.b.v. Software ontwikkeling, -beheer & Testen

        Het doel van de aanbesteding is het afsluiten van maximaal 6 raamcontracten met verschillende ICT-Leveranciers, die eigen personeel leveren verdeeld over 2 percelen, dus maximaal 3 Leveranciers per perceel. De Opdracht krijgt de vorm van een Raamovereenkomst die ingaat op 1.9.2018. Per perceel zal een overeenkomst worden gesloten met een initiële duur van 2 jaar. De RDW kan eenzijdig de overeenkomst 2 keer onder gelijkblijvende condities verlengen met een periode van 1 jaar.
