         Voor het uitvoeren van toezichthoudende taken hebben wij gespecialiseerde apparatuur nodig, waaronder zogenaamde zoekontvangers (in het Engels: Radio Direction Finder RDF) en analysers en antennes. De PAN6000 is een systeem dat een combinatie is van (onder andere) een spectrum analyzer, een peilontvanger en een GIS applicatie. De veertien (14) systemen worden mobiel gebruikt, en vrijwel onzichtbaar ingebouwd in personenauto’s en bestelbussen.

         Op maandag 6-11-2017 van 10:00 tot 11:00 uur organiseren wij een bezichtiging van de huidige systemen bij Agentschap Telecom in Amersfoort.

         Hiervoor kunt u zich voor vrijdag 3-11-2017, 10:00 uur met maximaal 2 personen per bedrijf aanmelden via [email protected].

         Wij hebben 14 van deze systemen nodig: De eerste (prototype) in 2018, de overige systemen verspreid over 2018 en 2019, met een optie op 4 extra systemen.

         De beschikbare budgetten voor dit project (ter indicatie) zijn:

         30 000 EUR ontwerpvergoedingen (10 000 EUR per gegadigde)

         150 000 EUR levering 1 prototype

         Of 100 000 EUR bij eigenbijdrage Intellectuele Eigendomsrechten (IE, zie 1.6 van de selectieleidraad)

         320 000 EUR levering 13 systemen (inclusief updates)

         Totaal budget 500 000 EUR (of 450 000 EUR in geval van eigenbijdrage IE)

         Tot de opdracht behoort een optie op 4 extra systemen. De prijs voor deze extra systemen wordt door de Opdrachtnemer bepaald nadat de 14 systemen geleverd zijn, maar zal in geen geval hoger zijn dan 35 000 EUR per stuk.

         Nota bene: De genoemde budgetten zijn maatgevend voor de opdracht.

         Ons uitgangspunt is dat wij zoveel mogelijk innovatie willen realiseren met een vast budget en in een vastgestelde periode.
